Return & Refund Policy

Most of the products of the company are hand crafted by skilled artisans, and therefore every piece seems to be exclusive & different from other. The company assures that all the products go through proper screening check and is shipped only once their QC team approves it, but there might be slight variation in the stones, as they are all natural stones. 

Returns and Exchange request will only be accepted in the following cases : 

1. If your ordered product has some manufacturing defect
2. If your ordered product is damaged or lost in transit
3. If you have received the product which you have not ordered. 

In any of the cases mentioned above, you may return the product only in the condition that the product is exactly the way in which they were received with original packing from the courier, and has not been used even once. 

Please note that No Return / Refund request will be entertained, if there is wrong address /information given by the customer. 

How to Make a Return 
In order to return the product under the circumstances mentioned above, please make sure that we have been informed within 7 days of receipt of order. To notify us, you have to send an email at info@thepalacejewelry.com with the subject line RETURN/REFUND. Along with this, you need to attach a picture of the damaged product for our QC team to approve the product for return. 

Once we acknowledge your email and our QC team has sanctioned the return we will notify you on the most mutually suitable channel for returning the product. 

Post this, we will exchange the items free of charge, if possible or issue a refund for the product to the Credit/Debit card used for online shopping. Please note that the refunds will only be processed, once the product is received in its original packaging. The company is not liable for any returns or refund that has been informed after the stipulated time. 

Guarantee 
With every purchases made, the customer gets a Life time Guarantee Card, which is only for free repair of the product. Freight and other expenses have to be borne by the customer. 

We are unable to provide the guarantee in the following situations: 
• for damage of stones, if any stones are used in the product.
• If the original receipt/guarantee card which is inscribed with the model code is unavailable. • Where in our sole opinion the item was subjected to modification, attempted repair or unreasonable misuse. • For breakage of leather, cotton, polyester, nylon components, if any used in the product.
